By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any feature of the LearnifyLoop platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

LearnifyLoop provides an interactive online learning platform offering courses, coding labs, IoT simulations, game-based learning modules, and related educational content focused on technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and related fields. Services are provided via subscription plans (Free, Pro, Elite) and may change over time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at developer@learnifyloop.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All course content, materials, videos, code samples, exercises, and assessments available on LearnifyLoop are the intellectual property of LearnifyLoop or its content partners, and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

• Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for personal, educational purposes only.
• You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course content with others outside of the platform.
• You may not screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture course content for distribution.
• Projects you build using our platform belong to you, but course materials remain our intellectual property.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for spam, harassment, abuse, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or scrape platform content.
• Share your account credentials or sell access to your account to others.
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in any community or discussion area.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Certain features of LearnifyLoop require a paid subscription (Pro or Elite plan).
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
• Taxes (including GST) may be applicable and will be indicated at checkout.

LearnifyLoop is currently in Beta. Some features may be incomplete, subject to change, or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during the Beta period. By using Beta features, you acknowledge this and agree not to hold us liable for disruptions or changes.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific learning outcomes will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnifyLoop and its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
